Hi... I am Douglas... I really hate these intro things because i normally just spend to much time trying to figure out what sounds cool or what I think people want to hear.

So I came back to spark to get back on board with my weight loss. I just finished a bike even this weekend and compaired the pics to the same even last year and I have gained more than ever and I am just tired of it. In the past i have wanted to lose weight because I thought a lot about how people looked at me. Now I am doing it for me... I want to feel better for my self not for anyone else.

My Goals:
I had a goal this year that I met... I was on a bicycle for over 700 miles. But after that epic journey I just stopped everything. i ate what ever I wanted and my bike collected dust. My body started to hurt, which was an excuse to do nothing.

Now I want to be 200 lbs by my birthday in July of 2012. 66 lbs is what I will need to lose but i think I can do it. I came back to Spark people for help doing so.

My Program:
Right now I am just watching what i eat and riding my bike here and there. Working more on getting the food under controll and just using the excersize as a way to be able to treat my self when I want to eat something not so great.

Personal Information:
I am just a guy tired of his body. I want to feel healthy and feel better for myself.
