I am a personal trainer looking to meet my own personal goals with assistance from outside sources like this website. I am very big into CrossFit and Warrior Dash and love challenging myself. I am hoping to achieve my goals and sharing my experience with other members. There are times when you need that extra little motivation and I hope that this website will help me push that much harder to becoming healthier.

My Goals:
Get to 12% body fat
Set PRs in all of my past CrossFit WODs
Set a PR in my Warrior Dash time

My Program:
I am tracking my nutrition and using workout routines combining CrossFit, HIIT, weight training, cardio, rowing, stretching, and core work.

Personal Information:
I'm from northern IL and have lived here all my life. I just started a career as a personal trainer and I couldn't be happier with what I do for a living. I love being active and sharing an active lifestyle with so many people. It's very rewarding to help people achieve their goals.

Other Information:
Two books that have impacted me quite a bit and have inspired me are The 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss and Devote Yourself to an Ideal by Jarret Grossman. I recommend both of these to anyone looking for easy to use information and inspiration/motivation.
