My Goal is to get under 200 that is 20 pounds from now. Keep my A1C levels and high blood pressure down. To be able to run a full mile straight and not in parts. Yeah I can run but in short burst of a little over a minute. Tone my belly area more.
I am from Greenville, SC. I currently live near Charlotte, NC like 10 miles away. I an in School to get my associates degree in Information Technology. I will graduate in the Spring of next year. I have two children, 11 and 8.
