dottydo's diet

tired of diets that don't work, tired of constantly being on a roller-coaster diet and tired of not having time for proper diet and exercise/ I work part-time as a cashier at Hamricks, so it is difficult for me to do exercises at any particular time, due to the change in my schedules. no 2 days are ever the same. I stand on my feet from 5-7 hours per day.

I just read your post about the pedometer. Generally somewhere around 2000 steps equals a mile not 10000. If you are walking 10000 steps a day you should be getting 5 miles. Much better motivation I would think.

Most impressed with your story. It must be hard to be the only one left in your family, more reason to keep up with friends here on Spark People. We're a pretty supportive group. At a deep level, we have much in common. Good luck on your continuing journey... or should I say, keep increasing your motivation, or returning to it, and you can't help but succeed.
