Hey. I've been dieting on and off since 2009. In 2011, I made an account here and tried to lose weight but failed (again). In January of 2012, I tried again and lost a few pounds, but I only lasted for about a month. I restarted in July 2012, but this time I'm not going to quit. I've lost 20 pounds since then, and since 2010 I've lost a total of 40 pounds. Update: After some relationship struggles in October '12, I had regained all the weight I had lost since starting in July. As of March 2013, I'm trying to lose that weight and get back on track.

My Goals:
Well, my goal is to hit 135 pounds, but I know it's not about some arbitrary number on the scale. I have some other problems that came along with the weight, and I'm hoping to get rid of those as well. I'd also like to gain a butt-load of confidence.
My Program:
My program at the moment: Nutritional Ketosis. My metabolism is a mess and has been for a while. It's the only thing that's working and boy is it working!
