I am over 50 and recently divorced with grown children. I have neglected looking after myself. Its time for me to focus on my health. Currently, I try to exercise at least 3 times a week.. I enjoy walking and staying active. I have at least 30 pounds to lose by July 2013. If you have advice or things that have worked for you in your weight loss journey please leave me a message.
