Well, you are ambitious. I goal 2# of weight loss each month! That is great for me--no stress, just paying attention.

And, to stop the diet cycle, join the Beck Diet Solution SparkTeam. I am just sort of slowly working through it, sometimes almost sloppily! It is doing me some real good! I plan to go through the whole process again during the Summer, even more slowly! emoticon

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog today. I was afraid to look at my blog for fear of what people would have commented. I should have know that SparkPeople are mostly kind, compassionate, helpful folk. I will treasure these comments and revisit them because I know a time will come when I need to be reminded of what I'm really trying to accomplish here and of the people who are ready and willing to help me on this journey.
