I'd like to lose 20 pounds total. I am hoping for 10 by May or so.
I have tried a lot of things to get this last bit of weight off. I lost about 60 pounds around 3 years ago and have managed to keep that off. But these last 10 - 20 are tough. So I am back to basics. Counting calories and keeping up with an exercise routine. More focused on working exercise back into my life than really limiting food at this point. I just bought a pedometer and am going to start with trying to get 10,000 steps a day. I will also start doing my strenght training routine again. After I feel on track with that, I want to add some cardio back in there.
I was born in Virginia and grew up in a little town I promise you have never heard of. I moved to Boston after college..... for a boy. I moved to LA 4 years later.... for a boy. And I moved back to Boston two years ago... for me. So I dress like I am from LA and say wicked pisser with a southern accent. You could say I am confused.
Besides disco (which will never die!), I love alternative country music and bluegrass -- you can take the girl out of the country.
