For these first few weeks I am just trying to keep track of what I eat, get my family involved, and drink my water. I really haven't attacked the exercise yet...I figured a few things at a time.
I am using the South Beach Diet. Right now I am in phase one.
I love to crochet, work in the garden, and read. I am a geek...LOL
