5% Winter Challenge

Getting ready to start the 5% FallChallenge and am hoping it gets me off and running..really getting frustrated with the scale going the the wrong way. trying to get my health issues resolved and my eating habits under conrol.

I will continute to get at least 60 minutes of exercise in on most days. I will strive to get my sweet tooth under control as well. Moderation in everything is my motto!

So excited for a new adventure.

I am making some big changes in my life and I hope that this will help me get back on track. I do need to get some of my snacking and comfort foods under control but should not be too hard. I alredy have an active life style so activity has never been an issue for me. I need to start cooking more healthy for me and my family.

I hope I do much better on weight loss this challenge then I have done in the past - I am getting tired of spinning my wheels.

I have been seeing a health coach and helpfully she can help me to get rid of these stuborn pounds.

My motto this year is: Lord - grant me the serinity to accepts the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the Wisdom to know the differance.

My Goals:
To loose 5% of my weight this Winter- over the next 56 days. That would be 12 pounds - I would like to aim for an even 15.

My Program:
Exercise 60 minutes a day and 30 minutes a day on the weekend.

I live in Pennsylvania. I was born and raised here. It is a very beautiful town.

Other Information:
I love to read. I also love to excercise. My favorite excercises classes are spinning, zumba, and strenth training. I also golf and bowl.

I wish I could stomach apple cider vinegar cause I've heard it does good things. I just can't stand vinegar though. I"m a wuss. lol
