Hey All! Just joined the Winter 5% challenge.

This time will be harder, since I've lost so much weight already. But I'm gonna try my hardest to make it. I plan on exercising 5-6 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour. At least 2 days will be strength and at least 2 will be cardio. I'll be sticking to my low carb diet, but not follow any "plan." I'm all set up and ready to go. To lose this weight.

My fiance and I will officially try for baby #1 (and probably only) this summer. We have our first infertility consultation on May 14th at Emory, which has one of the highest success rates in the country. There will probably be several doctors visits, so I doubt that I'll be pregnant by my 31st birthday in July, but I'm keeping positive, any step towards a baby is a good step.
Unless I have liposuction, I won't make my goal weight of 160 by May for the first consultation. I am still trying hard to lose weight, and my new goal is to get down to 178 before our appointment. That's 10 pounds in just 7.5 weeks. At the very least, I'd like to make it to 179.
To help me meet my goals I will continue: follow the recommended caloric intake provided by sparkpeople and include more vegetarian dishes; cutting back on simple carbs and increase low GI foods (this has been hard, but my fiance is joining me now and I hope that will make it easier). I also want to increase low caloric proteins.
At this point in time, I know that I will celebrate my 31st birthday healthier than my 30th. On my 30th birthday I weighed in at 210, I'm down to 187. And that number is going to keep going down so long as I exercise and eat right.

I plan on eating healthier, cutting fats (what is it with cheese that is soooo tempting?), and adding more fruits and veggies to my diet. I also want to start with some light cardio and weights and work my way up to feeling like I can do P90X which I used to do a long time ago.
