My Goals:
My present goal is to lose 50 pounds in the next 20 weeks, goal date is July 4th. I eventually would like to lose 160 pounds from my pesent weight.
My Program:
I will stay inside the calorie range recommended, neither over eating nor under eating. I am trying to build up to two hours a day on my stationary bike but only in 10 to 30 minute sessions.
