Currently to get back on track. Back to journaling, which I prefer to do off line, and exercise.
I will stay inside the calorie range recommended, neither over eating nor under eating. I am trying to build up to two hours a day on my stationary bike but only in 10 to 30 minute sessions.
Under stress right now because we have to move out of our apartment by July 31st.
