Hi, I am 58-year-old and want so much to lose weight. Unfortunately it takes stamina and commitment and I am a 5 footer and short on both. It will be interesting to see how the adventure plays out, meaning exercising consistently and being a good role model.

My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. I want to eat a combination of 5 vegetables and fruits per day. Exercise daily.
My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. Attempting to eat at least 3 vegetables per day in addition to at leasat 1 fruit. I started exercising daily.
