Thanks for the tip - I am checking my exercise and nutrition calories, but I don't really get the right range. Either I only count in the running calories, then it's not enough, I feel hungry. When I add in the extra occasional exercises, like long walks, bike, or swimming, then I tend not to loose weight, and it's difficult to keep up with the increased exercise kcal target. Any ideas?
