Joined Sparkpeople to stay motivated to lose about 15 lbs or so. I'm hoping this will keep me accountable for eating and exercising. I can be a real slacker at times. My goal weight is 135 and currently at 148lbs. Need all the help I can get! These last 13 pounds are the hardest!

My Goals:
My goal is to be as healthy as I can be. I would like to be able to wear a tank top, without being self conscience of my arms looking to flabby. I would someday like to run a 5K and finish.
My Program:
Following the Eat Clean Diet by Tosco Reno. Strength train 3 - 4 times per week. Love lifting as heavy as I can! Cardio 3 day a week. Walk/run outside and on the dreadmill. Elliptical 30 day shred DVD-Jillian Michaels or stepmill

I am from NorthEast Pennsylvania , married with a 14 and 23 year old daughter. Certified personal trainer
Other Information:
I like to read fitness magazines and books on strength training. Anything about fitness. I also enjoy love stories and mysteries. One of my favorite books is, The Lovely Bones. I am a BIG All My Children Fan. Been watching it for over 30 years.
