    Hi Dorian,

I saw your comment on the exercise tip about pedometers. I have Fitbit. It is expensive, I'll start out with that, But it is like having a little coach with me at all times. It measures steps, miles, calories burned, and floors climbed. It also, less accurately, measures sleep quality. The fitbit is small and clips right onto your belt or pocket. There is a free online component that downloads your data, stores it for you, graphs your progress, and where you can keep track of your activities and nutrition. I find my fitbit very motivating; it makes me want to get my steps in! There is also a fitbit group here on Spark, Fitbit Users Unite.

Whatever you decide to get, a pedometer is a great little tool to help keep you moving.

Thanks for reading my blog. I was quite surprised that it was made a featured blog of the week. That day was an eye opener for me, when I discovered I didn't have to be perfect - just make better choices some of the time! Be blessed! You can do this!
