My Goals:
Short term: to be able to wear all those clothes I bought on the way up, I can't bear to throw them out. To crack the 15 stone barrier again by my birthday in July. Long-term: for my doctor no longer to tell me to lose weight to cure my (insert current malady here) And I would one day love to get my wedding ring back on the right finger.
My Program:
Keeping to an average of 1300 calories a day. Keeping track of what I eat. Taking more exercise.
