My Goals:
Short term: to be able to wear all those clothes I bought on the way up, I can't bear to throw them out.
To crack the 15 stone barrier again by my birthday in July.

Long-term: for my doctor no longer to tell me to lose weight to cure my (insert current malady here)
And I would one day love to get my wedding ring back on the right finger.

My Program:
Keeping to an average of 1300 calories a day.
Keeping track of what I eat.
Taking more exercise.

Sounds like your camp will be a bit rough? I wish you the best of luck on adding the 10K...I usually lose words in an edit.

My strategy is to NOT write anything until the first day...last November, I got all excited and wrote back story and outlines BEFORE November 1st. And then I felt dumb for not being able to cut and paste and keep the count without accidentally cheating. I am also starting a new series so it should all come pouring out...I expect to meet 50K brand new words!

I see from your teams we actually have a bit in common. (We are totally on different sides of the world, but other than that...like peas in a pod.)
