    Good morning Doreen.....thanks for the smiley face this morning. I needed that because this daylight savings thing is kind of depressing when it's 0800 and you look out the window and it's still dark!!! I love sunny mornings.
    Let's keep tracking each day and pacing ourselves to reach our monthly goals. Just having a positive mindframe is a success in my book. Let's get er done Doreen!!!! WE CAN AND WE WILL DO THIS!!!!

    I don't know about you Doreen, but I have to shovel snow today and that will burn some calories but I don't think it will be enough to get me to the goal of dropping 5 pounds this month. We can always blame it on being a short month.

    My exercise has been hit and miss this week and I had a little binge last night, but I think I'm still doing ok....pushing forward. Hope you are staying on track and good choices are coming your way.
