Time to Get Going!
I'm a teacher, artist, mom looking for a big push to get this extra weight off, that may be raising my cholesterol and putting too much stress on my knees. I've been looking for something like this because it's not a fad diet, but a lifestyle change. Weight is coming off v..e..r..y....s..l..o..w..ly, Better down (No matter how slowly) than up!

I live in Connecticut- we moved here from NYC 16 years ago. I have a 23 year old daughter and a 15 year old son. I'm a middle school art teacher.
