Neither.. I'm just not hungry in the morning. Soon, I'm too busy and my thoughts are on other things and people. I need to focus on investing time in improvement of my habits, my self, etc.

I do have a tendency to binge... mostly I think because I will go all day without eating anything (just cups of coffee) but then when 6 o'clock rolls around and we all have dinner, the dam breaks loose after the first bite. No matter how slow I eat or how much water I drink, by this time I can go for a couple of hours without ever feeling satisfied. It's not good.
But that's the past, I'm not going to do that anymore.
