Sharon's Journey

I've lost 20 pounds a couple years ago (was 28, but have started gaining some). I want to stop gaining and get back to losing another 20 so I can be a healthy "old woman."

I enjoy gardening and walking (at least in the cooler mornings). Sometimes I'll walk inside the mall or large box stores when the weather isn't conducive to walking outside.

My Goals:
My short-term goal is to lose another ten pounds or so by December and take a good photo at Christmas.

My Program:
I'm limiting my starchy carbs and calories and trying to walk or dance for cardio (I also work in the garden) and lift 5# free weights for toning.

Personal Information:
Currently in Ball Ground, GA, just northwest of Atlanta. Previously lived in Fla, NC and UT. In my mid 60s.
