I am 61 and I am married with three grown children, four grandchildren as well as three step-grandchildren. I live in Arizona and graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with my bachelor's degree. I like to embroider, cross-stitch, reading is a passion as well as surfing the net. I love sports (watching) and am a die hard Detroit Lions fan as well as Red Wings and Tigers. My mantra is "If I believe it, I can achieve it."
My goal is to lose 70 pounds.
My current program is a balanced diet. I am trying several different things and trying to stay within calorie range of 1200 to 1400 calories.
I currently live in Meadview, AZ and am attending school full-time. I am currently working on my bachelor's degree through Indiana Wesleyan University. We moved here from Detroit, MI about three years ago.I have about 80 pounds to lose.
My favorite books are the Harry Potter books, Fifty Shades books, Twilight books, romance novels, books on spiritulism.
My favorite movies are Twilight series, Steel Magnolias, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Phantom of the Opera.

I just joined . I too, like needlework and my motto always has been if you believe you can achieve...I am currently on weight watchers but my daughter told me about this site and I'm wondering if I can drop weight watchers and just use this one.....do you have any thoughts on that?
