I've just graduated college (undergrad), and have decided to take this summer to truly start getting healthy. For me, it's not about losing weight to look good. It's about being healthy, so I can increase my quality of life.

My Goals:
Ultimate goal: lose 100 lbs (to be 170) by Jan 8, 2014

My Program:
I'll be drinking lots of water, and eating a lot of protein and produce. Trying to eliminate as much processed food as possible.

I'll also be doing a cardio video and yoga every day, and alternating WiiFit, free weights, and using the TotalGym.
