My Goals:
I want to return to ballroom dancing, be able to exercise more often and with more vigor, and remove much of the clutter from my life. January, 2011: Since I lost weight with the help of SP, I've gone back to ballroom dancing, and do more exercise than before. Still working on the clutter!
My Program:
I check in with SP daily, track my food-every bite! Becoming more active physically. Most important, I think, is sticking to my goals, and not berating myself and backsliding when I make a misstep.

I enjoy lively discussions about religion and politics, card games of all kinds, reading, and dancing.
