Donna's journey

This has become an on going struggle to stay healthy and lose weight, but I think I have turned the corner. I have been with Sparkpeople since 2007, just hovering around the corners, not really here you know, sort of ---Not invisible, just translucent.
Enough of the translucent stuff. 2010- Jan 17th I'm off and running.

My Goals:
To lose weight, make exercise part of my new life style, so that I can look younger, have more energy and live longer.

My Program:
Making a major effort to stay with 1200 to 1550 cal range.
Have begun to incorporate exercise into my life on a daily basis if at all possible.
Joined the 10 Min Fitness Club- so I must do at least 10 mins. a day cardio.
Aiming for 14 min. at least.
Since I have been inactivae for sometime, it will take awhile to build up steam.

Thanks so much for the encouragement. Today went ok for the power challenge, but I had so much to do that I didn't get the full amount of exercise in. At least I did exercise some. How did your day go?
