Cool! I'm glad you're giving low-carb (LC ) a try. It is weird to start out doing when you are accustomed to eating low-fat! If I may offer one bit of unsolicited advice (okay, 2!) regarding LC diets:
1. EAT FAT!
2. DON"T EAT CARBS! (initially, that will be much harder than you think!)

And it was good to meet you on my thread of "what did you do GOOD for yourself today?". How wonderful that your husband is doing this with you and is supportive!
