Do You Know What Time It IS?

I think it is time I stop lying to myself and get this weight off. Getting old sucks, aches and pains suck. I need to work thru all of that because I want to feel good. I deserve to feel good. But I need help, I cannot do this without support and I have none in real life so I need to find some in this virtual one. Anybody with me here?

My Goals:
I hope to strengthen my bones, lower my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. The weight that comes off as a result of that will be Lagniappe.

My Program:
I am going to stay away from anything white, eat as close to the ground as I can . I plan on walking for exercise and see how that goes. Small goals - right?!?!

Originally from Pa, now living in LA for the past 11 years. Loving life and all that God has shown me.
