LIFE IS SHORT...LIVE, LAUGH, AND LOVE
Life is short, and somtimes we let too many things get in the way of what's important. We need to remember that God loves us just as we are. He wants us to be healthy and fit yes, but first He accepts us as we are. What a great thing, total acceptance and love. Then we turn to God with our needs, problems, issues and health, and He is right there. God will guide us in our physical, mental or spiritual needs and the choices we make. We just need to stay focused on God...

My Goals:
My goals are to get my blood sugars under control, and to eat at least three times a day. To stop binging when the world around me gets to be too much. To look to God for security and safety and not food. And to walk as much as possible at any opportunity.
My Program:
Eat three meals a day, even if it's an instant breakfast. (The hardest meal of the day).
Ten minutes of walking everyday.
Time in prayer and in my word everyday.

My name is Donna and I live in Colorado.
I am divorced with no children. I am the oldest of five children and have three sisters, one brother, one sister-n-law and two brother-n-laws. I have fourteen womderful neices and nephews ages ranging from three to twenty three.

I love to take photos and scrapbook. I am also a writer. I like to read and do bible studies. I love action movies.
