My Goals:
1. Lower my blood pressure
2.Lose 100 pounds
3. Get off some of my meds
4. Be happy with the person I am
5. Change the way I think about food( it is not my enemy)

My Program:
1. Drink at 8 glasses of water a day
2. 5 fruits & veggies a day
3. Lean meats &seafood
4. No fried foods
5. No sodas
6. Walk at least 10,000 steps a day
7. 30 min. of cardio 3 x a week
8. Low to no fat dairy
9. Whole grains
10. Low fat desert 1 x a week

Personal Information:
Donna married Marty 10-21-1983.We have 3 children ,Todd, Chad, & Brittany & a grand child,her name is Angel Marie.I have fibromyalgia,ostio arthritise in both knees and hips, arthritise in my spine & neck,& I'm sick of being in pain!!!

Thanks so much for joining in my "halfway to goal" celebration! I feel your pain but I'll tell ya what helped me. Take your weight loss in either 10 or 20 lb intervals. When you look at the big picture, it can get depressing. But if you say, I need to lose 10 lbs and you lose it then you say "I need to lose 10 more lbs" and keep on going! You can do it!

In the last 30 years I have weighed as little as 112 lbs. and as much as 250lbs.But for the last 10 years I have maintained 245 lbs with in 10lbs up and down. Food is a huge struggle for me.So as start this journey I will need a lot of support pledge to be honest with all entry's on my food and exerciser tracker,no more kidding my self. emoticon
