My Goals:
Presently,my goal is to go below 190 lbs. before my 50th birthday which is just a couple of months away,(which is May). My current wgt is 213lbs.

My Program:
I try my best to work out 5 days per week for at least 30 min.,It's challenging at times where i end up missing out ,but i always pick my self up and just do what i can,because once i start it feels so good,It keeps me happy.
I don't have a gym membership, I work out at home with a variety of w/out videos, and i love to walk (when it's not too cold)

Personal Information:
My name is Donna,I live in Queens Ny. I was born in 1965. I'm only 5' 2'.
Before joining this amazing site in 2011,I was weighing in at almost 250, I could'nt beleive i was so heavy,no wonder i was always grumpy, I was introduce to, Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds,i bought the one with the 1-2 & 3 miles,and i couldn't even do half the 1 mile which was just 15 mins. Any way i started in March 2010 and went down 199 by October,then that was it,i was stuck there and with all the frustration i went back to about 220(not quite sure) before i joined Spark people, I'm always loosing and gaining. My biggest downfall is carbs and portion control. Most days i eat healthy,but some days its like i not human.Thats my biggest setback i keep trying different ways to figure out the trigger point , i think I'm finally figuring it out , so i can go forward.

How about checking out BLC28 - it's a 12 week challenge with weight loss and NSV goals. It's starts in May. Look it up and see if you may be interested.

Donna you are gonna make me go log in my fitness minutes for the past 10 days. I wore my fitbit but I synced it to my phone while I was abroad, now I'm resyncing it to my laptop and it's not picking up the past 10 days. I think my phone should have it. What exercise do you enjoy?

Are you familiar with BLC (Biggest Loser Challenge) - Sparks has a 12 week challenge - search BLC28 and see if you may be interested. I did it 2x took a break and I'm thinking about doing this round.
