Hi - I'm 47 and live in Wisonsin. About 10 years ago I lost 50 lbs. I've been working ever since to stay in shape and not gain the weight back. I've done a pretty good job but was looking for a way to gain strength & flexibility too. I was hoping to lose about 10 more lbs if I could but mostly just wanted to firm up. I like the articles on Spark People but I don't take the time to track my nutrition & exercise yet.

With the help of the Fit Moms for Life dvds and Sparkpeople I've been able to lose those 10 lbs, (and a little more - now I changed my goal to 15 lbs) 16 inches and get in the best shape of my life.

DONNA47FMFL Excited for 3 busy Saturdays coming up - 10 mile run this Saturday, 5k Mud run the next one and the 3rd Saturday a half marathon.

Hey there sweetie, I too was away from here for awhile. Even with being away I have been great. The scale is moving down and down. Some weeks are more than others, but as long as it's moving down I'm a happy camper! LOL This week I'm focused on dropping the last few ounces that I need to so that I can reach my 10% finally.

My body is paying for it today...but with all the pain I feel nothing but PRIDE!! I had a little slip for a week but I'm so determined and so is my hubby and working out with him has been the best push! How are you doing??
