Not just done with junk but adding the new and improved
30s, single, and not-your-mommas librarian who gained a lot of weight when I quit smoking 10+ years ago (80 lbs or so) ... been up and down ... but ready to get healthy permanently and let go of those things that are not improving my life (negativity, fake food, mind numbing TV/movie watching habits, etc.) and do what I can to add positive and the best things to life (time with family, friends, learning new skills, seeing new things, etc.).
