Wanting to be healthy
I am determined to find it in my soul to loose this weight..I am my own worst enemy...am full but know there is more food to eat so eat it!! Cannot believe how frustrated I am!! Am widowed..have three marvelous children..who, with their spouses have given me 9 of the most wonderful grandchildren, that I adore..have the best friends on the planet...just this one big mountain to climb
And what would happen if we prayed
For those raised up to lead the way
Then maybe kids ...

My major goal is to loose my weight...be able to move easier..lack of joint pain.
My Program:
I am faithfully recording my food intake in the nutrition tracker..eating most everything in moderation but staying away from starches

Learn to listen like a Teddy Bear..with eyes wide open and mouth closed tight,
Learn to forgive like a Teddy Bear..with heart wide open, not caring who is right,
Learn to love like a Teddy Bear, with eyes wide open and imperfect eye sight!!
