My Goals:
My goal has changed over the years to accommodate one thing or another, but I'm not really sure if I was ever doing it for myself until now. I have my daily goals/weekly and my ultimate goal. Everyday is a challenge to stick to the plan, every week is to make sure I make a plan and the final goal is to know i can do it.
My Program:
I am doing 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training. I eat about 6 times a day with two of those meals being MRP's.
