Keeping the Spark lit and glowing bright
I lost 20lbs with Sparkpeople 2 years ago. I have managed to stay within 5 lbs of my goal weight for the duration. I learned a lot of good habits along the way, but it will always be a daily conscious decision to eat well and exercise. By now I usually have a summer spark that will kick my weight into my goal weight and below, but I am struggling with mediocrity. Hoping that something will change that will kick me into high gear because I love the way I feel in a bathing suit ...

My Goals:
My original goal was to get to 135lbs. I have met that goal!! Now I want to see if I can lose and easily maintain a weight of 127.5lbs by Christmas. If not, then I accomplished more than I hoped for already.
My Program:
Taking it steady, let myself plateau and get used to new eating habits and then after a couple of months, shock it again. Its a lifestyle change, not a race to get to the end and then give it all up.
Personal Information:
Married 15 1/2 years to a wonderful man. Two children-13 year old daughter and 10 year old son.
