My Goals:
Ultimately I want to lose around 80 pounds.

I want to learn to eat healthy most of the time not just every couple of days.

I need to learn to make me a priority so that I can make the time to exercise.

My Program:
My first goal is going to be eating breakfast every day.

I will then work on how I am eating all day long to make the changes needed to accomplish my goal of losing weight and becoming healthier.

I am going to try eating more natural foods. That way I will concentrate on fruits and veggies.
