My name is Karin and I am addicted to food ...
Ok ... so I have come to realization that I am addicted to food. I think I can get a little bit crazy when it comes to food and trying to control it. But really I have finally realized that it has been controlling me. I know how to eat healthy. I know it is not my lack of exercise that has me gaining weight (I am active) but it is my bondage to food. I am a slave to it. I need help and I know where to look. So why am I still stuck here? God help me.
