My name is Karin and I am addicted to food ...

Ok ... so I have come to realization that I am addicted to food. I think I can get a little bit crazy when it comes to food and trying to control it. But really I have finally realized that it has been controlling me. I know how to eat healthy. I know it is not my lack of exercise that has me gaining weight (I am active) but it is my bondage to food. I am a slave to it. I need help and I know where to look. So why am I still stuck here? God help me.

-Quiet/Devotional time with God daily
-Drink 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day.
-work out 5x a day (3 strength training & 1 cardio)
-Eat lean, clean food
-Track food and exercise daily

Thanks, glad to be back! Just need to remember to participate LOL I get very busy with my blog, twitter and Facebook and forget. Would love to meet for coffee again, so very much has changed since then...like I now live behind Nugget Market not on Main Street.
