I am 39 years old and have a 21 year old daughter and a 15 1/2 year old son. I have been in a battle with depression for years now and I am moving forward to live a healthy lifestyle. I am finally ready to see the doctor to get my depression under control and once progress is made I should be able to have an easier time with the weight loss.
