At 37 years old, I am at my heaviest (not counting pregnancy) at 220 lbs. I have tried diets here and there and nothing seems to stick. Today, I have decided to start with small changes and have realized that it will take time to take this weight off and that I have to see these changes as long lasting and not temporary. Then I will start tracking what I eat... even if it isn't the healthiest... with the goal of staying under 1600 cal/day. Next step to a healthier me, MOVE more!

19. Jog 3 miles in 35 minutes!
20. Jog 3 miles in 30 minutes!


My Program:
- Track my food intake in my nutrition tracker... EVERY DAY!
- Stay within 1600 cals per day.
- Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.
- Work out for 30 minutes 3X per week (at home or at the gym).
