Nobody puts Baby in the corner.

I have struggled with my weight since I was about 11 years old. I want to find a healthy lifestyle that STICKS. I eat well (vegan), but have a very hard time finding a fitness plan that works for me. I get burned out and bored very easily. I need all the encouragement I can get! I am looking for some support online.

Thanks for the comment , keep up the healthy lifestyle and tracking. I love how sparkpeople has made it so easy to track and it makes staying healthier so much easier. Since I don't eat meat either I can make sure I get the stuff I need esp. vitamin B and protien.

I am very proud of where I came from. I lost it on my own when pretty much everyone told me that it couldn't be done. I'm excited to finally finish my journey and help inspire others. So I continue to share my stories and my pictures.

I like that they are short and simple. Since I have to get up at 430 am to do them and maybe a little other activity, it's pretty perfect for me. I've never used a stability ball before, it's been easier on my back than some things for sure.
Are you going to stick with it or go to something else?
