eat 1300 to 1400 calories a day ride recumbent bike 36 minutes a day for five days a week do weight lifting five days a week eat lots of vegetables, some fruits, grass fed meats, couple of times a week have one square of dark chocolate, eat 10 walnuts a day
I am 67 years old. I feel like I am 40. I have good health but for the weight. I guess all the dieting and exercising I have done since I was 15 has keep me pretty healthy. I am 5ft8in. tall. I live in the deep south with my husband 0f 43 years. I have one son and one step daughter.
I am a Christian. I love to read most anything. I love all music. I love to dance.
