Here's a happy welcome from the Northeast PA team. I've been caught up with my mom... Broke her ankle Dec28 and is now in nursing rehab. Just take it slow. For the weight, pick just 1, 2 or 3 items to focus on until they become a habit. When I first started Spark, I joined a dozen teams, set 20 daily goals and DIDN'T DO ANY OF THEM!
After several start-overs, finally go it. Picked 6 glasses of water and 5 minutes of exercise daily. After a couple of weeks, upped. Again, we are re-learning a lifetime of bad habits. Slow is ok.
I had been on Spark on and off for a few years, losing and regaining the same 18 lbs over and over. Then last year I started posting and blogging. THAT has made all the difference for me. It is great that you started so soon. You will get LOTS of NEEDED, extra support from it. PLEASE keep doing it. You will get LOTS of extra support from it. Even if you choose to not be public, it can help you vent and keep track of what works for you and what doesn't. WE can do it!
