My Goals:
1. To be skinny. 2. To win this war against food. 3. To reprogram my brain, I need to eat to live not the other way around. 4. To have my son not think I'm ...you know, the F word.
My Program:
I work out with a TEAM Weightloss program at the gym 3 days per week and am trying to incorporate more activity into the other days. I eat (achem, try to eat) 1600 calories per day and work on an exchange basis - 5 carbs, 12 protein, 4 fruit, 6 veggies and 9 fats.
Personal Information:
I am Canadian and living in Texas where I don't have to put up with the cold! I've lived here since 2001. I have 2 kids and a hubby, and one dog. I am also a chef and freelance writer. Being a chef makes it REALLY hard because I can cook whatever I want and boy, can I make it taste good. I now have to figure out how to make skinny food taste as good!
