When I was really hungry I would "cheat". I would boil sweet potatoes and carrots, or white potatoes with broccoli and cauliflower, not too much water, and then add the whole mixture, water and all, hot to my juice. The mix was about 50/50 hot and juice blend. It felt like food and the heat warmed over the hungries and did not effect my weight loss.
