Hoping for a Summer 2011 full of SPARK!!!!

Well..... looks like I last posted in January and here it is June 2011. I really enjoyed Spark about a year ago and told everyone I could about how it worked and helped me to lose 10 pounds. Well that 10 came back and my summer is about to begin and I really need to drop some weight. I have been suffering from back problems that docs can't seem to tell me what is wrong and I know losing some weight and exercising would make a difference. I have no excuse for not sparking so here I am summer ...

My Goals:
1. Say Goodbye to the 80's and never go back there again!!!
2. Say Goodbye to size 16 pants and get rid of them this time!!!!
3. Get this weight off before turning 50 in September.

My Program:
I am reading a few different diet books but most excited about "Made to Crave". Really makes me think about my cravings and what I really should be craving. Have a few friends at work now that are motivating and also want to lose 50. We are trying to make each other accountable via texts and emails and walking together. I am really trying to reduce sweets and eat more healthy foods. I'm also working some kind of exercise into my day.

Other Information:
I enjoy computers, reading, crafts, movies, and attending my daughter's performing arts activities. It brings me great joy to watch her perform:)
