Aw! Thank you!! =) You have to have the right attitude about running. The first week I hated it. It was hard, I was sweaty, and my breathing sucked. But I made it through. Even if it took me 20 minutes to run/walk 1 mile every single time, I was determined to make 3 miles a week, at least. Now I do more than a mile in 20 minutes. It is something I really wanted/want to do, and so i determined to make it work. If you want it bad enough, you'll tell yourself 'you can do anything' rather than 'you cant make it a mile.' Start small. 1/4 mile.. then 1/2 mile.. then 3/4 mile.. then soon enough you'll be making it a whole mile plus some! Good luck! 2183 days ago
