Doing NOT (just) Trying

I have been frustrated lately with little or no response from the scale. But the truth is that I haven't been living to my plan and doing this the RIGHT way long enough to be able to blame it on anything specific. No matter what I am making much healthier chioices than in the past and need to follow my plan and see what happens, and what happens will be better health it will!

This is quite frustrating however I will not backslide. I probably will backslide in reality but I will ...

This is quite frustrating however I will not backslide. I probably will backslide in reality but I will keep shaking myself off and getting back on board. Over and over and over as necessary. In a kind way to myself. The benefits of a sedentary life just do not balance out. I will do this for me for me. That is good enough. A side benefit will be that my kids won't have to deal with a mother who is dealing with any issue that could be prevented through lifestyle as I age.

Time to step on the scale. .....

Planning what I will eat!

Juicing in the morning
greens, cruiciferous veggies, a rounded rainbow every day.

mixing up the workouts to keep from falling off the plan

Other Information:
2012 started a new phase of my life and by half way through the year I started walking the walk instead of just talking the talk. The end of 2013 had a turn backwards. Gained back 15 lbs. But 2014 is going well staying on plan

I spent 2 nights and 3 days in Havasupai last April. It was gorgeous! I have a couple pics in my gallery on here. You're going to LOVE it!

Hi there, welcome to Spark and the DR fans team. Spark's the best place to get healthier and fit. The tools are fantastic, there's so much to learn and the support is Endless. I also suggest joining your class team, if you'd like. Having the support of folks who joined Spark the same week you did is amazing, I can't put in words how much it's meant to me and so many others.
