I am in recovery mode. Achilles tendon surgery in August. Graduated to weight bearing boot. My surgery is healing nicely. I am on plan more than I have been. I don't want to eat inflammatory foods, which ties in well with w whole food plant based diet. I went through a few months of basically couch potato life. And food addictions. Done and dealing with. Got my bike tuned up. Will be out there walking ... commit to 4 days a week. 365 mile walking challenge, personal 2017 in 2017 and walk.... Rebooting : ) on those Started with juicing this morning.

My Goals:
DO what I have to to be seriously fit and healthy /

that wonderful feeling of fitness � why did I let that go anyway? /

added the ellipitical, Zumba and yoga to my line up!

Less physical goals:

To feel at ease with myself. /

Am I living in a manner to move forward? /

Remember to feel proud of what I am doing /

Keep my promises to myself /

Following that, pursue planned changes

Planning what I will eat!

changing from juicing to smoothie in the morning.
greens, cruiciferous veggies, a rounded rainbow every day.

mixing up the workouts to keep from falling off the plan

2012 started a new phase of my life and by half way through the year I started walking the walk instead of just talking the talk. The end of 2013 had a turn backwards. Gained back 15 lbs. But 2014 lost that and maintained, now 2015 will get me where I want to be. Some emotional hurdles last year. But keeping positive is far easier when I am keeping my promises to myself with health and fitness!!
