Yet another post about resetting. I am going to make that work for me. Short term goals with planned reviews so the last few months of too sporadic of activity don''t last as long! I will even book in time to be relaxed, but not in front of the tv or computer with a bag of chips. I want change so need to change. The benefits of a sedentary life just do not balance out. I will do this for me .... for me. That is good enough. A side benefit will be that my kids won''t have to deal with a mother who is dealing with any issue that could be prevented through lifestyle as I age. So back to chasing endorphins! Love it when they kick in. I joined two book clubs and will do the majority of my reading on the treadmill. It helps that my body does not feel good if I sit too long. Here I go! So long ago but still appropriate.

DO what I have to to be seriously fit and healthy /

that wonderful feeling of fitness � why did I let that go anyway? /

added the ellipitical, Zumba and yoga to my line up!


Less physical goals:

To feel at ease with myself. /

Am I living in a manner to move forward? /

Remember to feel proud of what I am doing /

Keep my promises to myself /

Following that, pursue planned changes

Planning what I will eat!

changing from juicing to smoothie in the morning.
greens, cruiciferous veggies, a rounded rainbow every day.

mixing up the workouts to keep from falling off the plan

2012 started a new phase of my life and by half way through the year I started walking the walk instead of just talking the talk. The end of 2013 had a turn backwards. Gained back 15 lbs. But 2014 lost that and maintained, now 2015 will get me where I want to be. Some emotional hurdles last year. But keeping positive is far easier when I am keeping my promises to myself with health and fitness!!
