thanks .. I am hypothyroid too .. new endro just changed everything around
told me to take my synthroid in the morning with water and do not eat or drink anything for an hour - I was told by the specialist to take it at night 2 hours after meals and said nothing about drinking or not ???? ......... we will see
oh also to do 30 min of cardio everyday - which I was doing anyway & ST every other day with arms - work other parts in between
