I am in my mid 50's, weight crept up until I hit my highest ever 3 years ago.
Found Spark and my life changed. I've been maintaining for 2 years by gradually converting to a plant based diet which I follow to this day. It's how I eat now, no struggle, and I'm never EVER enjoyed food more than I do now.

My Goals:
Now that I've reached my goal weight (still can't believe it), my goal is to keep eating healthy and maintain within a pound or two.
I want to boost my upper body strength

My Program:
I am active but have trouble following an exercise "program". Will continue to walk and track my food, the key to maintenence for me.

Other Information:
I have a very small family, we are pretty close and of course, there are the puppies. The border collie is my daughter's, who still lives with me, but he will stay with me when she goes away to college.
